In Toppenish, WA heat, warm air, iced lines, or a tripping breaker isn't something to sit on. Pressure, amp draw, and coil condition all get checked before any part gets quoted.
Topping off refrigerant without ever finding the leak is one of the most common ways Toppenish homeowners get overcharged. We pull static and running pressures, check superheat and subcooling against factory spec, and use electronic detection to find the actual leak, because a properly repaired leak outlasts three top-offs.
Non-negotiables on every cooling call.
Every tech handling refrigerant carries current federal certification — a legal requirement we take seriously.
We bump no-cool calls ahead of routine work, even during the busiest stretch of summer.
Capacitor or compressor, the price you approve is the price on the invoice before work starts.
Real detection equipment finds the source, not just a temporary patch.
The repairs behind most no-cool calls.
We locate, repair, and recharge to spec — not just refilled and sent on its way.
Hard-starting or high-amp compressors get tested before we recommend replacement.
Ice on the evaporator coil points to restricted airflow or low charge, and we trace the root cause instead of just thawing it, not just defrost it and hope.
A failing capacitor is a common cause of a dead condenser, and it's usually a same-visit fix once confirmed.
A coil caked in debris can't reject heat properly, which spikes head pressure and stresses the compressor, so we clean and inspect during the visit.
A blown fuse or tripped disconnect can present exactly like a dead compressor, so we rule these out first to avoid an unnecessary replacement.
Four steps to cold air again.

Most repairs finish same visit, covered by our warranty, backed in writing.
